Holistic means that we are more than the sum of our parts! In this practice, nutrition is seen as the foundation of good health. Food is viewed as a positive force to help you achieve your health goals, along with nutritional supplements.
Clients will be given general health advice along with specific knowledge about their own unique situation. We will learn how the body works and how to support health. A program developed for the client will likely have specific food and supplement recommendations, based on a comprehensive health intake and review of history. Programs do not treat disease specifically, but rather work to support your own body to return to balance and health.
